Our work for Layermor focused on structuring the packaging development process, clarifying the essential brand, product, material, sensory, and regulatory questions needed to shape a coherent packaging system. Through this framework, we created the foundation to understand the brand’s positioning, target audience, competitive landscape, SKU structure, material preferences, information hierarchy, and desired product experience. The result is a clear starting point for enhancing a packaging system that can become distinctive, functional, commercially relevant, and aligned with the brand’s values.
