Rarely used raw, cork brings both innovation and cultural relevance. In Portugal, it’s more than a material, its heritage. This design honours that legacy while serving its purpose by carrying food from the earth and linking local identity to global sustainability.
Sustainable Concept
This packaging concept is 100% made from cork, raw, untreated, and harvested by hand from cork oak trees without ever cutting them down. This process encourages the tree’s regeneration and contributes to carbon capture, actively fighting climate change.
Designed to be reusable and biodegradable, the box redefines packaging as something lasting. Its uncommon beauty encourages users to keep, repurpose, and extend its life. And when it returns to the earth, it leaves no harm because it is free of synthetic glues/varnishes.
