The primary goal of this consultancy was to reposition the brand to emphasize its unique value proposition: the ability to offer immersive artistic experiences with pedagogical and transformational impact for companies
Repositioning Strategy
Based on the analysis, we developed a strategy aligned with the proposed objectives to realign market perception and create more effective and assertive communication. This was achieved through the redefinition of the value proposition, positioning, and buyer personas, the development of a new storytelling approach, and the revision of the conversion funnel and digital presence.
